I’ve been wanting to delete facebook for a while and am getting closer by the day but then I just got this amazing and reaffirming message which never would have happened if I had deleted my account… It’s from someone who was a counsellor in training(CIT) at camp when I was a junior counsellor(JC). She had just found her journal from that summer and wanted to share the July 14 2004 entry. It is full of nice things about how I’m caring and nice and I make her feel trusted which other staff don’t do with CITs. Plus this gem:

My only complaint about Aqua is that her nails are always perfectly painted, which makes me stare at my bare nails with dirt in them and cringe. Why didn’t I bring nail polish to camp?
